Meet the people behind AeroLys – passionate aviation professionals
Aviation has been my passion since I was a child. I earned my glider pilot license at 16 and have now spent more than 20 years working in the aviation industry. As CEO of AeroLys and acting CAMO Post Holder, I lead our global activities with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence. My priority is to maintain the highest industry standards and ensure that our processes consistently deliver trust, safety, and efficiency for our partners worldwide.
I have been part of AeroLys since its creation, bringing over 20 years of hands-on technical experience to the company. With a background as a mechanic on ATR and A320 aircraft and holding an EASA Part-66 license, I combine practical expertise with project management skills. As VP Technical, I manage aircraft transition and redelivery projects together with our team of technical representatives, while also acting as ARC Inspector Manager to ensure continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance. Spending much of my time travelling worldwide, I coordinate with MROs and project stakeholders, always guided by efficiency and clear communication to deliver successful project outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, I lead the finance, administration, and human resources of AeroLys and also supervise our logistics branch operations. I have been part of AeroLys since its creation, bringing both expertise and continuity to the company. My focus is on ensuring seamless operations and providing the financial stability that supports AeroLys’ growth, while fostering a people-first culture where our team remains at the heart of our success.
With 17 years of experience in CAMO within the French Armed Forces, I bring strong expertise in continuing airworthiness management and technical support. At AeroLys, I lead our CAMO team by dispatching tasks, guiding daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination. I believe that clear communication and active listening are the keys to meeting customer expectations and driving compliance, reliability, and operational excellence in every project.
I am advising our clients and partners on best resources to reach their targets, come over chalenges and generate profits.
